Summer Garden Party for a Leading Tobacco Company

Our client, a major player in the tobacco industry, wanted to host their annual Garden Party with a dynamic and unifying theme. For the 2024 edition, the chosen theme was the Olympic Games, a perfect fit for fostering friendly competition and a convivial atmosphere. The event needed to deliver a memorable experience for all attendees, from the youngest to the adults, while also strengthening the company’s image among its employees and their families.

For this Garden Party, we transformed the stunning grounds of the Château de Bossey into a true Olympic village:

Thematic Decorations: Giant Olympic rings and a podium were set up as the perfect backdrop for souvenir photos, creating an immersive atmosphere.

Activities for Children: We offered a variety of age-appropriate activities, including:

Pony rides
Archery and foam javelin throwing
Inflatable structures, a climbing wall, and wooden games
Face painting workshops, pétanque, badminton, and Molki
Entertainment for Adults: A live band roamed the venue, creating a festive and engaging ambiance.

Shows for All: Attendees were thrilled by a unique performance from Koezion, specializing in freestyle double dutch, as well as an impressive freestyle football demonstration. Workshops were also organized for children, providing an interactive experience.

Themed Catering: We handled all catering, offering a menu carefully curated to align with the Olympic theme, ensuring a memorable culinary experience for both children and adults.

Site Layout: For the comfort of all participants, we arranged all necessary furniture, including tents, round tables, high tables, as well as a lounge area with Fatboys and deckchairs to create relaxing zones.
