Organisation of trade fairs

Three times a year, we organise company trade fairs for a national retail giant. These annual supplier events bring together anything between 400 and 1,000 attendees each time. They allow the group's buyers, directors/managers and department heads to meet with their suppliers and place their orders for the coming year.

Feedback on the trade fairs

During these corporate events, we manage the opening plenary (technical, light, video, etc.), the guided tour of the premises (explanation of the various supplier stands present at the fair), the catering and in particular the welcome drinks, breaks, lunches and dinners which are systematically themed.We've undertaken numerous themes: Tropical, Pirates of the Caribbean, Urban, Guinguette, Celtic, Disco, Dogs and Cats, etc.
Our evenings follow several stages with the distribution of goody bags, wandering acts during the aperitif, activity stands (photobooth, makeup, tattooing, creative workshops, games, etc.) followed by staged entertainment (based on 10-15-20 minute cycles) all of which stick to the theme. These evenings feature live music and end with a DJ set!

After more than 15 years of working together to produce 3 B-to-B fairs per year, our teams still come up with new themes and concepts.
