Organisation of a corporate end-of-year party
At the end of 2019, we organized an End Of The Year evening in one of Geneva's most impressive cultural venues: the Sicli Pavilion. An iconic but empty space that required the development of a theme, a concept and then the transformation and final adjustments all within a time constraint.
Feedback on the End Of The Year event
We took over the venue to prepare for the evening and totally transformed it to suit the Tropicaliente theme. Our technical teams worked on a bespoke installation during the night, then all the furniture and decoration arrived in the early hours. Once everything was in order, 4 themed areas were installed: Brazil, Hawaii, Ibiza and Cuba.
And once the technical setup was complete, it was time to party!
The participants were greeted by Polynesian warriors before entering a sensory botanical zone at the entrance to the event so everyone was immediately plunged into the theme.
The evening began with an exceptional show featuring 14 artists including dancers, capoeiristas, musicians and fire-eaters. The ambience hit the mark and the participants loved the staging!
The evening continued in style, and included different stands and activities: stilt walkers, tattoo stands, food and cocktail stands, photobooth, etc.
