Organisation of a staff party
We organised a garden party for this tobacco industry leader, bringing together employees and their families.
Feedback on the event
We took over an iconic estate that is a classified cultural and historical site in the city of Geneva. Within this exceptional setting, we put everything in place so that everyone could enjoy the 5 Panama tents with different themed areas: Asia, Africa, America, Europe, the World.
This huge playground featured dozens of activities including: wood games, photo booth, giant bouncy castles, makeup sessions, djembe lessons, sack races, pony rides, etc.
As for food, each themed area was run by a Meilleur Ouvrier de France. Guests were able to enjoy a wide variety of dishes, from the largest stone 'pierrade' to original BBQs, as well as a hot air balloon under which we served more than 80 varieties of cheese. And anyone with a sweet tooth could head to the ice-cream areas for treats served on a huge ice counter!
The fun continued under a scorching sun with a pro BMX demonstration featuring the World Champion, African percussion concerts, and Guggenmusik for a day packed with laughter and fun memories!
