Organisation of a fully-remote digital event
For the second time in a row in just a few months, we held a fully-comprehensive e-event for one of our industrial clients.

Feedback on the creation of the digital event
We managed every aspect of the production, starting with the installation of a fully digital control room to manage the entire remote capture and streaming part of the event. We provided media support with the creation of content, jingles, but also on the technical and production side with the creation of motion design, logos and videos. In order to prepare the speakers and ensure a professional result, we organised personalised coaching sessions. All the services we provided meant the speakers felt at ease in front of the camera and with the fully digital format. We were also able to deal with organisational constraints since the more-than-20 speakers were spread across the globe (Asia, USA, Middle East, Europe).
This "Reach the Peak" theme e-event was a huge success and engaged all the employees who attended.
