Due to COVID and faced with a 'team' format, our client charged us with creating the entire concept to reach their audience. So we organised a hybrid digital event. To do this, we first carried out an analysis of their audience, their organisational processes and their internal resources, and then alongside our architectural scenographer, we came up with a concept that used 3D elevations to create a TV set in their premises. We remained fully-involved throughout the entire process, helping with content creation, message calibration using a strategic planner, jingles, motion video and scripting via a show caller and finally the entire live production: make-up studio, coaching the speakers, wiring, floor manager, etc.
We designed a 'home from home' TV set and recreated a realistic, immersive world: loft-style apartment, with a living/dining area, a high-top dining table, framed photos and warm, welcoming decor. We supported our client for the entire recording: 4 half-days in total, centred around the theme "Race around the world".
We also provided presentation coaching for the speakers, all in keeping with the chosen theme. We mentored and trained more than twenty participants for the occasion and managed the post-production part of the broadcast on a dedicated platform.
The excellent feedback from the audience led to us to hold three more events for other business units.
