Winter Wonderland - End of the year party

An end-of-year celebration designed as a shared experience
Every end of year is an opportunity to come together, celebrate, and strengthen connections.
For our client, this end-of-year celebration was meant to go far beyond a festive gathering: it was designed as a powerful, immersive, and memorable collective experience, reflecting the commitment and engagement of their teams.

A transformed venue for total immersion

To welcome 600 guests, HEAD Genève was selected and fully reimagined for the occasion.Inspired by the Winter Wonderland theme, the scenography immersed guests in an elegant and spectacular winter universe from the very moment they arrived:

• An immersive entrance corridor guiding guests progressively into the experience
• A scenographic photocall designed as a true set piece
• Full venue decoration and atmospheric lighting throughout the space

Each element was carefully designed to structure the venue, guide guest flow, and create an enveloping atmosphere that encouraged discovery and connection.

A gastronomic experience designed for togetherness

At the heart of the evening was a cocktail dinner curated by Gourmet Brothers, designed to complement the artistic performances and encourage interaction and conviviality among guests.

A rich and dynamic artistic program

The evening unfolded as a true narrative, driven by a diverse artistic lineup alternating emotion, energy, and moments of surprise:

• Anta Agni : An internationally renowned artist known for spectacular LED performances and light shows
• Duo Symbiose : A French acrobatic duo specializing in partner lifts, notably revealed through France’s Got Talent
• Bacha and the Band : A live band from Brussels featuring 7 performers (vocals, saxophone, percussion, guitar, and DJ)
• Winter Wonderland Stilt Walkers : Illuminated stilt walkers in winter-themed costumes welcoming guests outdoors, creating an immediate sense of immersion from arrival and throughout the Geneva night

Multiple spaces to experience the evening at your own pace

To offer a free-flowing and multi-layered experience, several dedicated areas were created:

• Games area with arcade machines, foosball, and darts
• Lounge area with comfortable seating for more relaxed, informal moments

These spaces allowed guests to move freely, reconnect, and shape their own journey throughout the evening.

A large-scale technical production

Behind the visible experience, an ambitious technical production was deployed over two and a half days of setup:

• Full rigging installation
• Two stages, including a central round stage serving as the focal point of the event
• A complete sound and lighting system adapted to international artists and multiple stage configurations
• A precisely orchestrated production ensured seamless flow, artistic quality, and safety throughout the event.

From concept to production, this end-of-year celebration embodied the desire to bring people together, express gratitude, and celebrate teams through a meaningful and emotional experience.
