Cité Gestion - Unity celebrated through an alpine getaway

Every five years, Cité Gestion brings together all of its employees to celebrate the company's anniversary, a unique moment designed as a timeless break.
The goal: to unite, thank, and share a memorable experience among colleagues from all over Switzerland.

A Journey Kept Secret Until the Last Moment

Departing from Geneva, a private train welcomed the guests for a journey from Geneva to Lucerne with premium service onboard.
The destination, however, remained a secret until the arrival: a private boat transfer finally took them to the foot of the Bürgenstock Resort Lake Lucerne 5*, preceded by a typically alpine welcome by the Swiss alpenhorns.

An exceptional setting, a tailor-made program

Revibe orchestrated the complete privatisation of the Héritage Hotel 5*, offering an intimate and prestigious setting for the 110 participants.
The first evening was held at the Parisa restaurant, which was privatised for the occasion, with the famous magician Federico Soldati entertaining guests with his mentalism and close-up magic tricks.

Saturday was all about discovery and relaxation with a tailor-made program of à la carte activities:
• Golf tournament
• Paragliding initiation
• Excursion on Lake Lucerne in a private sailing boat
• Cruise on a pleasure boat
• Electric bike ride
• Hike to the Stanzerhorn and through the mountain pastures
• Guided tour of Mount Titlis
Each activity allowed employees to enjoy the day as they wished, in an atmosphere that was both elegant and friendly. They also had the opportunity to have lunch at iconic locations in the county, in keeping with their chosen activity.

An unforgettable gala evening

In the evening, the Bürgenstock Ballroom was transformed for the gala evening.
Two stages were set up to host performances by Swiss comedians Les Vincents, who created a show especially for Cité Gestion.
The evening ended with a unique musical performance: guitarist ACE and DJ ONO hosted a musical blind test before switching to a dance atmosphere, a moment suspended in time, marked by poetry and sharing with the arrival of the 15th anniversary cake.

A final souvenir to take home

The weekend ended with brunch at the Escoffier restaurant, which had been hired out for the occasion.
Back in Geneva, each participant received a photo album recounting the best moments of the trip, before reliving the highlights together at a private screening at the Cercle des Bains a few months later.
